What is your refund policy?
We appreciate all of our customers business. In order to ensure our staff receives proper scheduling, we ask for a minimum of 1 full business days notice when canceling or rescheduling any appointments. If you cancel in less than 24 hours we charge a cancelation fee of $25.00.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning. If you will not be home during a cleaning, please make arrangements leave a check or pay via credit card. We accept all major credit cards, checks & cash.
